Laurie and John Masiello are transforming decades of biopharma expertise into innovation that protects what matters most.
With over 40 years of experience, the Masiellos understand that equipment failure in biopharma storage isn’t just inconvenient—it’s urgent. Their story, featured on WMUR’s Chronicle, reveals how preparation can mean the difference between loss and security.
They founded Predictive Monitor to prevent failure before it happens. Their product, OverShield, detects chamber risks early, giving companies the power to protect life-saving treatments—and the patients who depend on them.

As co-founders of Predictive Monitor, Laurie and John Masiello believe that making a global impact and supporting the local community aren’t mutually exclusive.
The Masiello’s have been tireless supporters of many Nashoba Valley area organizations over the last several decades. Their devotion to the local community became an integral part of Masy BioServices, just as it is for Predictive Monitor.
In 2013, Pepperell dedicated the annual report to Laurie in honor of her support and dedication to the town.
In 2018, Laurie was honored by the Worcester Business Journal as an Outstanding Woman in Business for her contributions to the community, personally and professionally.
