Quality Coordinator
Predictive Monitor is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Coordinator to join our team. This is an on-site position based at our Nashua, NH office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems to ensure product and service compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements.
This position plays a critical role in supporting company-wide quality initiatives, conducting audits, leading CAPA activities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to support compliance with company and industry standards
- Lead and manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes, including root cause analysis and verification of effectiveness
- Conduct internal and external quality audits and support third-party and customer audits
- Manages the documentation control program to ensure organized, compliant, and up-to-date records management
- Collect and analyze quality metrics and generate performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and resolve quality issues
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards
- Promote a company-wide culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence
- ASQ certification is preferred, we offer opportunities and support for candidates to obtain certification as part of their professional development
- Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with quality systems
- Strong knowledge of quality and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Well-developed organizational and documentation capabilities
- Ability to lead initiatives independently and work effectively across departments
