The ability to prevent equipment failure before it happens is powerful and having the peace of mind to secure your priceless products is transformative.

Laurie and John Masiello have lived and breathed the high-stress nature of storing biopharma products for 40 years, and they understand that any equipment failure is a stop-and-drop situation that requires an immediate solution.

The Masiellos founded Predictive Monitor to protect life-saving products destined for patients. Predictive Monitor’s debut product, OverShield, detects conditions that indicate eventual chamber failure. Early detection allows customers to predict equipment issues and protect their products.

We have extensive life sciences industry experience bringing forth new ideas and novel technologies, and we have a deep commitment to make a difference in the life sciences industry and in our local community.
